Christopher DiLeone
Chris is responsible for the development and corporate operations of Core Facility Services. Having served the Real Estate & Commercial Services industries for the past 25 years, Chris heads business development and strategic alliances that increase the marketability and resources of Core. Chris has pioneered the expansion of Core and is responsible for business development and marketing. Chris has been successful in forging relationships with the specific trade organizations that deliver our service.
John Ciofalo
John is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Maintenance industry. John is responsible for the management of all accounts and oversees the operations and development of client projects, retrofits, mechanical installations, and energy related projects as well as tenant/occupant related subjects. Additionally, John supervises all staffing and training related matters with regard to specific account requirements.
Donna Ferrara
Donna has extensive experience as a seasoned administrator and director. Working with John, Donna assists and/or advises dedicated site employees with guidelines and protocols to meet the unique requirements of each location. This oversight includes coordination of functions between departments, purchasing, expenses, budgets, human resources activities, technology, and all site operations in general. Donna serves as a point-of-contact for our clients.
